Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Quantumimpact LLC, doing business as Visionary Quest (“we,” “us,” “our”), a Florida company located at 1 Wavering Place, Palm Coast, FL 32164. They apply when you use this website, sign up for our free training and Content Engine Starter, receive our emails, book a call, or join any of our coaching or programs. By using the site or signing up, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the site for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for that business.
2. Free training and starter kit
Our free training, templates, prompts and starter kit are provided for your personal or internal business use. We may change, update or stop offering free materials at any time.
3. Emails and your consent
When you sign up, you agree that we may email you the training and follow-up messages, including marketing emails about our content, coaching and programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to council@thevisionaryquest.com. We follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and process unsubscribes promptly.
4. Booking calls
Calls are booked through a third-party calendar (HighLevel/LeadConnector). Please arrive on time and give notice if you need to reschedule. A call is a conversation to see whether we’re a fit; it is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and there is no obligation to buy.
5. Coaching, programs and purchases
We offer coaching and programs, such as Double Your Capacity and the Productivity Un-Challenge. Prices, what’s included, payment terms and any refund policy will be shown at checkout or in a separate written agreement. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the specific offer terms control for that purchase. Unless an offer says otherwise, program access is for you alone and may not be shared or resold.
6. Earnings and results disclaimer
We want to be honest with you. Any results, income figures, growth numbers or examples we share (including in our training, emails, case studies and testimonials) are from specific individuals or businesses. They are not typical, and they are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same or any results. Your results depend on many factors, including your offer, market, existing audience and assets, skills, time and effort, and things outside anyone’s control.
We do not guarantee any income, revenue, followers, leads, sales, time savings or other outcome. Building a business involves risk. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or mental-health advice; please consult a qualified professional for those. Consistent with Federal Trade Commission guidance, where someone sharing a testimonial or endorsement has a material connection with us (for example, they are a client, partner, or received something of value), we will disclose it.
AI tools we teach or recommend can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing anything created with AI before you publish or rely on it.
7. Intellectual property
Everything on this site and in our trainings, emails, templates, starter kits, videos, images, names and logos (including “Visionary Quest” and “Content Machine”) is owned by Quantumimpact LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use our materials for your own business. You may not copy, resell, republish, redistribute, or create competing products from them without our written permission. The content you create using our templates is yours.
8. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site. That includes submitting false information or someone else’s email address, sending spam or malicious code, trying to break into or disrupt the site, scraping it, or using it for anything illegal.
9. Third-party services and links
The site relies on and links to third-party services (for example, booking, email, hosting, analytics and file-sharing tools). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and all free materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the site will always be available, error-free or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Quantumimpact LLC and its owners, team and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site, our materials, calls or programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100. These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived. Some places don’t allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or materials or your violation of these Terms or the law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please email us first; most issues can be solved with a conversation. If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, you and we agree that any legal action will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Flagler County, Florida, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of where you live.
14. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date, and for significant changes we’ll give notice by email or on the site. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or end access to the site or free materials for anyone who violates these Terms.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and any specific offer terms are the entire agreement between us about the site. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a business transfer.
