Visionary Quest

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026 · Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Quantumimpact LLC, doing business as Visionary Quest (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this website, sign up for our free training and starter kit, receive our emails, or book a call with us. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

Quantumimpact LLC, 1 Wavering Place, Palm Coast, FL 32164, USA. Visionary Quest is run by Holly Ockstadt and Chad. Questions or requests: council@thevisionaryquest.com.

2. What we collect

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health or financial account details) through this site. Please don’t send it to us.

3. How we use it

4. Legal bases (for visitors in the EU/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for marketing emails and optional analytics), on performing our agreement with you (to deliver what you signed up for or booked), and on our legitimate interests (to run, secure and improve our business). You can withdraw consent at any time; this doesn’t affect anything done before you withdrew.

5. Emails and unsubscribing

When you sign up, you agree to receive the training and follow-up emails from Holly Ockstadt (holly@thevisionaryquest.com), including marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address (1 Wavering Place, Palm Coast, FL 32164), consistent with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. You can also unsubscribe by emailing council@thevisionaryquest.com. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and within 10 business days. We may still send you messages directly related to a purchase or a call you booked.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use trusted service providers (“processors”) who handle data on our behalf only to provide their services:

These providers have their own privacy policies. When you use the embedded booking calendar, HighLevel/LeadConnector receives the information you enter directly. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses only a small number of cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage). They help the site work, remember your sign-up across pages, and, if analytics is enabled, count visits and see which pages and links are used (see “Analytics, session replay and heatmaps” below). The embedded booking calendar may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features (like the calendar) may not.

Analytics, session replay and heatmaps

We use PostHog, Inc. as our analytics processor. On these pages PostHog:

Form fields are masked. What you type into form fields (such as your name and email) is masked in your browser before anything is sent, so it never appears in session replays. We collect your name and email only when you submit the form.

Opting out. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, PostHog is not loaded at all: no analytics, session replay, heatmaps or autocapture. You can also block cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your contact record for as long as you stay on our list or remain a client, and for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your email address so we don’t email you again. We keep purchase and tax records as long as the law requires.

9. How we protect it

Your data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Our database blocks public access and can only be written to by our own server. Access to accounts is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps and will notify you if the law requires it after a breach.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and other U.S. state privacy laws), you may have the right to:

We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

How to request access or deletion

Email council@thevisionaryquest.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us what you’d like (a copy, a correction, or deletion). Send it from the email address you signed up with, or include it, so we can find and verify your record. We may ask for a bit more information to confirm it’s you. You can also use an authorized agent with your written permission.

We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete your request within 30 days (or 45 days where U.S. state law allows, with notice if we need more time). When we delete your data, we remove it from our contact database and email lists and ask our processors to do the same, keeping only what we must keep by law or a minimal suppression record so we never email you again.

11. Children

This site is for adults and business owners. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (or under 13 for the purposes of the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). If you believe a child has given us information, email council@thevisionaryquest.com and we will delete it.

12. International visitors

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store and process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses provided by our processors.

13. Links to other sites

Our pages and emails may link to other websites (such as Google Drive or social media). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date, and if the changes are significant we will let you know by email or a notice on the site.
